A gathering of people who work in partnership with the Sisters of the Good Samaritan will be held in Sydney in early October 2016.
The fourth Good Samaritan Partnership Gathering, to be held in Sydney from October 1-3, 2016, will bring together Good Samaritan Sisters, oblates and associates, partners in ministry and staff from schools in the Good Samaritan tradition, and friends from around Australia and the Pacific, to deepen their understanding and experience of partnership in the Good Samaritan Benedictine tradition.
The three-day program (soon to be finalised) will include a variety of experiences, including keynote addresses, personal reflection, table conversations, plenary discussion and small group workshops that enable participants to explore partnership from a theological, spiritual, Good Samaritan Benedictine perspective.
The days will engage participants in a rhythm of prayer, hospitality and community in the Good Samaritan tradition.
Keynote speakers for the fourth Good Samaritan Partnership Gathering will include New Testament scholar Elaine Wainwright RSM and Good Samaritan Oblate Marie Milne.
